Career Opportunities

Trinity Episcopal School is searching for an Accounting and Operations Coordinator. The Accounting and Operations Coordinator follows established procedures, performs detailed accounting assignments requiring an intermediate knowledge of accounting theory and principles, and assists the CFO/COO in a variety of administrative and operations related tasks.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field with one–two years of experience. Five years of direct accounting experience can be substituted for the degree. Non-profit experience is a plus.  

  • Ability to learn various database and software programs to input data, and to perform analysis and reconciliations, and successfully research and resolve discrepancies.  Experience with Blackbaud is a plus. Experience with Dude Solutions is a plus.  

  • Strong written communication skills, including professional email correspondence with a range of people, and the ability to take meeting minutes during complex discussions is required.

  • Initiative, resourcefulness, good judgment, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with effectiveness.  

  • High degree of professionalism, including the ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality.

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Successful background check required for employment.  

This position is a shared role between Trinity Church and Trinity Episcopal School, and reports directly to the CFO/COO. Trinity provides excellent benefits including employer-paid health insurance, life/LTD, STD, and retirement as well as paid time off and holidays.  


Trinity Episcopal School in New Orleans, Louisiana, is searching for full time assisting teachers in our Les Enfants Division. The classrooms have some of our youngest learners; we expect our staff to be aware of the needs of children from approximately 15 months through four years of age. The successful candidates would be expected to work with young children, their families, and other faculty/staff members in an ethical and responsible manner both on campus and in the community. A degree in Early Childhood Education and classroom experience in a similar setting are preferred. We are laying the foundation for upstanders who are gentle, generous, truthful, kind, and brave. Les Enfants at Trinity is currently interviewing for substitute teachers to work with our students in our early childhood program (15 months–4.5 years old). Candidates should possess an ability to understand and follow directions; have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; be able to successfully complete a criminal background check; and most importantly, love teaching young children.
